"This place is the best around! Starting with the location... it is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. I bought my quad and RZR from here and the pricing was great. I am very satisfied with both. If/when there was recalls on them, the service department made it very easy to schedule and to drop them off and they complete the work in a timely manner. In the parts department, I find they have a great inventory, they have been easy to order from and my parts get shipped out fast. Seems like everyone is have dealt with here, including the owner, Dan Fitzgerald have been very kind and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work guys!"

"I purchased a bike from Jason at Jet World. Got a price over the phone, drove up, and was out the door pretty quick.

Had an issue with a mirror rattling and they went out of their way to get me a replacement quickly.

It's more like riders who happen to sell bikes, vs all the salesmen I've dealt with everywhere else.

Definitely recommend giving them a shot."

"After taking my 1998 Yamaha XL1200 to Laughlin last weekend and flipping it over it would not turn on and I feared the worse. I tried lots of things to get it to turn back on but was unsuccessful and so I took my jet ski after the weekend to a repair shop in Walnut, CA. to get it checked out to see what was wrong and it turned out to be a HUGE nightmare dealing with the owner there. After he checked the battery voltage and did some trouble shooting with other things he determined that water had somehow got in and damaged the computer and I would need to get it replaced. He advised me that computers for this particular model range from $400-800 + $195 labor + $110 diagnostics that he had just done (I would get back half if I did the work with him). As you can imagine I was devastated to find out that a weekend of fun was now going to put me back nearly $1,000. He advised me that this happened more often than one might think since he claimed he had extensive experience with working on Yamaha's. I paid him for the diagnostics and decided that I would shop around for the computer part and take my jet ski somewhere else for a second opinion.

Boyyyy.... was I glad that I brought it to Jetworld Powersports.

I called and took my jet ski to Jetworld Powersports in Castiac and they took me in right away. Mannie over at Jetworld was very professional and was able to recognize that this particular model of Yamaha has a safety feature where the jet ski goes into safe mode if water gets inside and all it needs it to be reset using a manufacturer sequence with the keys on the dash.

Thank you Mannie and the team of Jetworld Powersports. Your honesty and expertise is greatly appreciated and I will definitely will be returning next time I need service or parts for my jet ski

Took my RZR XP4 1000 in for the recalls. I was able to drop it off in the morning and all the work was completed by end of day. Great bunch of people working there and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend shopping and having your toys serviced here.

"After buying a Can Am Spyder which belongs in a lemon grove!!! from Burts Mega Mall and then several awful experiences with Cal Coast in Ventura we took our Spyder to Jetworld. Manny has been awesome, he has tried to help us get our constantly broken Spyder repaired and gone out of his way to help us. He has done his best to try to get the Spyder running and hopefully one day keep running. Give them a try!!"

"After a really bad experience with Bert's Mega Mall, and North Hollywood Honda stopped handling Can-Am Sypder I contacted Kirk at Jetworld, which is quite a ways for me, I was pleased with the no nonsense conversation with Dan and Kirk and decided to order my bike through these guys. I met Dan several years back when they hosted a test ride at Lake Hughes when I first rode the spyder. It was years later that I bought the RSS for my girlfriend.

I'm in a waiting mode because Can-Am is taking orders the new F3-S and won't be able to pick up until January. Kirk has been keeping me up to date on the process and even sent me a catalog via mail of the 2015 Can-Am lineup. So I will continue sharing the process here as the months roll by."

"This business was originally in Burbank, CA but relocated sometime in the mid-2000's to Castaic, CA (they claim it was so they could have more space to store watercraft inventory, and I believe them). I have used them as a Sea-Doo service location for a unit I owned for about 8 years. They did a reasonably good job servicing it both for yearly maintenance and for emergency repairs. I'm quite knowledgeable about motors, cars, boats, etc, and they gave me about as honest and detailed of information as I could ask for from a service shop. I'm not saying they are cheap (they seem market-rate, and watercraft are expensive to own!), but they didn't try to pull any tricks on me."
